If after connecting, it turns out to be an AI robot impersonating a so-called customer service representative, you should likewise stay silent and hang up immediately. Otherwise, the scammer’s system will capture your voice, activate fraudulent scripts, transfer you to a human operator, and collect more of your voice samples to clone your voiceprint, subsequently impersonating you to borrow money or request transfers from your relatives and friends.
