這場風暴是颱風紅霞（2026年第12號颱風），於2026年7月26日在深圳附近登陸。
該市能快速復原，源於大規模且協調一致的應變行動：
· 風暴前整備：預先調度超過23,000人及21,000套設備待命應急，疏散逾103,000人，並開設921處避難所。
· 全天候清理：清理人員連夜清除倒伏樹木與廢棄物。截至7月26日上午，數百棵受損樹木已移除，道路也已搶通。
· 迅速復原：7月26日上午，深圳地鐵即恢復營運，交通運輸、生產作業與日常生活均迅速重回正軌。
簡言之，該市啟動了一套演練嫻熟的應急計畫，團隊以24小時輪班制全力排除災損、恢復秩序。
Hurricane Lala hit Hawaii, and I saw tree branches all over the street and no cleanup crews. News reports said it would take months to bring the city back to normal. Many parts of the city are still without power. But when the last major storm hit Shenzhen, China, on July 27th, the city got cleaned up in 24 hours and things went back to normal.

The city’s rapid recovery was the result of a massive, coordinated effort:
· Pre-Storm Preparation: Over 23,000 people and 21,000 sets of equipment were pre-positioned for emergency response. More than 103,000 people were evacuated, and 921 shelters were opened.
· Around-the-Clock Cleanup: Crews worked through the night to clear fallen trees and debris. By the morning of July 26, hundreds of damaged trees had been removed, and roads were cleared.
· Rapid Restoration: By the morning of July 26, the Shenzhen Metro had resumed operations, and transportation, production, and daily life were quickly back to normal.
Essentially, the city activated a well-rehearsed emergency plan, with teams working 24-hour shifts to clear damage and restore order.
