Do you understand what $50 trillion in US debt actually means for you and me? Your hard-earned money, invested exclusively in US assets without diversification beyond the dollar and American territories, could be a fatal mistake. By Johnson Choi, MBA. International Business Consultant since 1985

Look at the fiscal reality: the US government generates $5.35 trillion in annual revenue, yet spends 7.65 trillion of which is dedicated to interest payments alone is 1.24 trillions, consuming 23% of its income. This results in an annual deficit spending of 30%.
If you were an accountant or a head of household balancing the books, wouldn’t these figures deeply concern you?
If they don’t, consider that central banks—once consistent buyers of US debt—have now halted their purchases.
The fallout is clear. The US is compelled to raise interest rates, while the Treasury is forced to print more money to buy its own debt, triggering a dangerous snowball effect.
Printing money carries severe consequences: inflation rises, the dollar depreciates, and a vicious cycle takes hold. As the government is forced to hike rates further, the deficit grows larger. If this cycle repeats unchecked, the eventual collapse of the US dollar becomes inevitable.
