But they may have forgotten one thing —
China is not Japan in 1985. China has a complete industrial system, the world’s largest domestic market, self-reliant technology chains, and an unbreakable national will. Every time the West applies pressure, it forces China to close its gaps. Every act of aggression is forging a stronger, more formidable opponent.
This siege was always going to be a farce.
