Why “2nd Home+®️” makes sense!

中國大灣區觀察：過去幾天，我們遇到一群從美國、加拿大回來的老友。他們是60–75歲的退休人士，對西方——或所謂的「第三世界」國家（美國與加拿大）——毫不留戀。

· 他們購入1,500–3,000平方呎的房屋，價格約人民幣200萬至600萬元。
· 他們盡情享受生活：幾乎每晚派對、唱卡拉OK。
· 例如：今晚我們8人在包廂享用美食，還有一位專屬服務生整晚服務——總共只花了200美元。接著唱卡拉OK，從晚上10點可能一直唱到凌晨3點。

他們的看法：「只有傻瓜才會留在美國或加拿大，即使子女和孫輩都在那裡。」他們自己也是為人父母、祖父母，卻選擇離開家人，在這裡盡情享樂。

而且他們並非少數——大灣區內有成千上萬的海外華人正過著同樣的生活。

Observations from China’s Greater Bay Area: Over the past few days, we met clusters of friends who returned from the US and Canada. These are retirees aged 60–75, and they’re not looking back at the West—or at “third-world” countries: USA & Canada!

· They bought homes (1,500–3,000 sq ft) for RMB 2–6 million.
· They live life to the fullest: partying and karaoke almost every night.
· Example: Tonight we had dinner for 8 in a private room with gourmet food and a dedicated waitress — only $US$200 total. Then karaoke now from 10pm probably till 3am.

Their view: “Only fools stay in the US or Canada, even with kids and grandkids there.” They themselves are parents and grandparents, yet they left their families behind to enjoy life here.

And they’re not alone — tens of thousands of overseas Chinese are doing the same in the Greater Bay Area.
