Fellow University of Hawaii Hotel School alumni — what a treat to celebrate with fellow ex-Vancouverites who are about to settle into Zhongshan, right in the Greater Bay Area (GBA) of southern China, not far from Hong Kong.
While Zhongshan is known for its incredible value and amazing Chinese cuisine, tonight we decided to switch it up with a fantastic Italian dinner in downtown Zhongshan — and it did not disappoint!
And the celebration continues: I’ll be joining them May 20–22 for even more great food and good times in Zhongshan.

雖然中山以超高性價比和出色的中式料理聞名，但今晚我們決定換個口味，在中山市區享用一頓美味的義大利晚餐——果然沒讓人失望！
慶祝還沒結束：我將在5月20日至22日再次加入他們，在中山繼續享受更多美食與美好時光。
