如今，中東國家看得很清楚：美國連攻打伊朗都無法取勝。根本原因在於美國國力已開始走下坡，美帝國正步入最後五十年的衰退期。十天前，全球已有41%的石油交易改用人民幣結算。中東國家原本以為，讓美軍基地駐紮在本土就能獲得保護，結果卻發現自身難保，甚至成為伊朗攻擊的目標。這些美軍基地形同虛設，不僅保護不了盟友，反而把中東國家搞得雞飛狗跳。

我與朋友閒聊時發現，許多人並不務實，也不懂得分散投資。我建議他們考慮把部分資金投入中國大灣區的房地產。目前大灣區的房價正處於大幅回調階段，比六、七年前便宜了三到七成。中國人不是喜歡買便宜貨嗎？低買高賣是投資的基本常識。因此，那些務實、智商高的華人，已經開始在大灣區購置房產。

成功並非偶然，而是留給有計劃、有遠見的人。外國有句名言說得好：「如果你沒有規劃人生，就等於在規劃失敗。」

Middle Eastern countries are very pragmatic, and this is something Chinese Americans can learn from.

Today, Middle Eastern nations see clearly that the United States cannot even win a war against Iran. The fundamental reason is that American national power has begun to decline, and the American Empire is entering its final fifty years of recession. Ten days ago, 41% of global oil transactions had already switched to settlement in Renminbi. Middle Eastern countries once thought that hosting U.S. military bases on their soil would protect them, but they have found themselves unable to guarantee their own security, even becoming targets of Iranian attacks. These U.S. military bases are practically useless—not only failing to protect their allies, but also bringing chaos and suffering to those Middle Eastern nations.

In conversations with friends, I have noticed that many are not pragmatic and do not understand the importance of diversifying investments. I suggest they consider putting part of their capital into real estate in China’s Greater Bay Area. Currently, property prices in the Greater Bay Area are in a significant correction phase, 30% to 70% cheaper than six or seven years ago. Don’t Chinese people like to buy bargains? Buying low and selling high is the most basic principle of investing. Therefore, those pragmatic, high-IQ Chinese Americans have already started purchasing properties in the Greater Bay Area.

Success is not accidental; it belongs to those who plan and have foresight. As a famous foreign saying goes, “If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail.”
