When Chinese in America told fellow Chinese “go back to China”, who are they trying to show off to, whom are they trying to impress? 美国华人的“忠”字 最近经常耳闻有美国华人大声叫喊我首先是美国人，其次才是华人，还试图驱赶不”忠“于美国的华人离开美国。同学，你这是喊给谁听呢？你的白人，黑人，棕人邻居吗？我很佩服他/她的“勇气”，也惊诧于他/她的内心的”虚弱“，更迷惑乎他/她的”逻辑“混乱：华人（Chinese） 是指你的物理特征，而美国人是指你的国籍和居住权。完全是两种不同类型的东西，咋可能并列归乎于一类？换句话说，你的物理特征不会因为你主观地否认就没有了，或者你涂一批化妆品就永久地消失了。而国籍和居住权只要你有能力，有金钱就可以随便转换，今天可以是南非人，明天就可以是荷兰人，后天就可以是美国人，就一小本子，宣一下效忠的言语就行了。 你首先是人，其次是人类之中的华人，这你一辈子都改不了，不管你再‘自卑’，这黄皮肤跟定你一辈子了，你随便给自己起啥名字，灌新的人种名。只要你在大街上一晃，白人，黑人，棕人还是会认定你是黄人，他们眼里看到还是一张东亚的脸，这都不会以你的意志为转移的。不是你说你不是 Chinese就不是了，要老黑老白老墨认为你不是Chinese，那才行。当然你可以说你可以整容，换皮，还可以每天没事就头撞墙，争取把记忆抹去，把中文遗忘… 你这样做，我服你… 其实这些美国华人真的浪费了在美国生活的这么多年，而且这么多年书明显白读了，到现在还一直拘泥于中式文化，还在皇权文化之中晃悠，还在乎于一个“忠”字。根本没有真正理解美国文化的真谛，美国文化其实就是：每个人都应该勇敢地诉求自己的利益，然后大家再协调平衡一下如何分配利益。而不喊的人就容易被忽略，或被利用。当然你也可以为大家喊，那些议员，政客从事的就是这类职业，和民众之间真正的关系就是你们支持我，我为你们利益呼喊，这些人不是领导，而是利益代言人。更不是说议员，政客都应该是圣人，这世界上圣人不是说没有，但肯定屈指可数，标榜或塑造圣人形象，基本上是伪君子无疑。而且美国靠的是体制内的多重的监督，而不是内心道德力量的约束。一个好的组织，一个好的国家，能够持续成长维持，靠的是合理的制度和条款，而不是伟人或圣人。这也是美国开国元勋的建国思想，建立一套合理的制度和条款，而不是不断地寻求伟人或圣人来领导这国家。 潘海洲 （原创）全文：https://haizhoupan.wordpress.com/2020/04/06/%e7%be%8e%e7%b1%8d%e5%8d%8e%e4%ba%ba%e7%9a%84%e5%bf%a0%e8%af%9a/?unapproved=30&moderation-hash=f817fea69a6d58db160beb1582474d1a&from=singlemessage&isappinstalled=0#comment-30
