Hongkonger, Don’t be fooled by UK’s BNO 江樂士：切勿相信BNO詭計

長居香港已有四十三年，江樂士對香港有濃厚感情，指「香港為我帶來家庭、朋友和刺激的事業」。

「我的成就榮歸香港，同時我很享受在中國生活。」近一年多以來，港人移居英國的報道時有所聞，但在英國土生土長的前刑事檢控專員江樂士，選擇長居香港。

江樂士對香港有濃厚感情，絕非泛泛而談。任職刑事檢控專員時，他帶領律政司加入國際檢察官協會，退休後繼續為港仗義發聲，更視之為己任。在2019年黑暴期間，他敢於向國際社會道出香港真實情況。眼見英國政府推出BNO留英計劃「5+1」方案，江樂士直指該計劃只是利用港人填補英國勞動力不足，奉勸港人不要被英國政客的甜言蜜語所迷惑。

現時70歲的江樂士，於1978年加入港英政府工作，擔任政府律師，1991年升為首席政府律師。1997年香港回歸後，他出任刑事檢控專員，直至2009年正式退休。「我對香港有濃厚的感情，因為大半生都在香港生活。香港為我帶來家庭、朋友和刺激的事業，而我亦以自己的方式貢獻香港。」他認為，中國人和藹可親，同時支持他的工作。「我非常欣賞中國，包括中國文化、歷史和中國人。我有幸見證中國偉大復興。在這個時刻身處香港，實在令人振奮。」

黑暴期間揭穿抹黑警察謊言

江樂士曾獲得金紫荊星章，也曾擔任國際檢察官協會副主席，談到哪些才算是其最大成就，江樂士坦言，這不是一道容易回答的問題。「我最滿意就是在97年回歸後，一直在刑事檢控擔任重要角色，堅守和推廣傳統的檢控價值，以及貢獻香港的司法系統。2001年，我帶領律政司加入國際檢察官協會，香港檢控人員終於聯繫世界各地的檢控官，這樣提升了香港的形象。」

長居香港已有43年，江樂士經歷過港英政府和特區政府，見證香港的高低起伏。2019年，香港發生史無前例的黑暴，即使他已退休多年，也忍不住仗義發聲。「我的責任非常清晰，為了香港利益發聲是應有之義。香港在世界各地仍然有很多朋友。我嘗試讓國際社會了解香港的實況，反駁假新聞，以及解釋政府政策和目的。」黑暴期間，惡意批評香港警察的聲音排山倒海而來，於是他不斷揭穿抹黑警察的謊言，「我知道警察很感激這些行動，我亦感到滿足。」

今年1月，英國的BNO留英計劃「5+1」方案接受申請，企圖吸引更多港人移民。根據英國內政部今年8月公布的數字，首五個月有6.49萬的申請。江樂士指出，移英港人主要分為三類，第一類是空想家，被英國首相約翰遜的甜言蜜語迷惑，辭去香港的高薪厚祿，以為舉家移英就會幸福美滿；第二類是失敗者，從未在香港成功過，以為到了英國就可以谷底反彈；第三類是逃犯，就如香港眾志創黨主席羅冠聰，逃避刑責，接受反中機構援助。

幻想終消失 料居英港人回流

「當他們到達英國之後，就會感受到巨大的文化衝擊，需要從事他們不熟悉和不情願的工作。專業人士不會熱衷於藍領工作，而只有少量儲蓄的港人根本沒有選擇的餘地。即使不是心甘情願，也只能硬着頭皮。假如他們山窮水盡，就要馬死落地行，這樣正正是約翰遜的盤算。」江樂士強調，英國脫歐後不能再依賴歐盟的廉價勞工，導致運輸、農業、建築、食物加工、零售、餐飲甚至看護等行業大量缺人。英國要另尋新人填補空缺，而這些新人需要懂英語，有能力應付居住、醫療和教育，同時不會抱怨所做的工種，BNO計劃正正是為了填補英國勞動力不足的問題而出現。

根據英國港僑協會的最新調查，46.1%受訪者表示失業及正在尋找工作，只有35.2%能夠找到全職或兼職，而居英港人大多從事運輸、餐飲、零售等工作。江樂士預計，有些人會發現移民英國是巨大錯誤，所有幻想終將消失殆盡，他們很大機會在適當的時間就會回流香港。「對於任何人以為在英國就可以逍遙快活，我的訊息十分清晰：你們應該慶幸自己生於香港，不要被政客的花言巧語迷惑，最重要就是思前想後。」

「黑暴青年被人煽動」

江樂士認為在黑暴中被煽動誤入歧途的年輕人，其實也是受害者。

身為港大名譽法律教授、中大客座教授，江樂士關心香港青年的未來。截至今年7月31日，10265人因為涉嫌黑暴案件被拘捕，當中4009人是學生。2684名被檢控的被告當中，有1102人是學生。江樂士表示，很多青年參與了黑暴，部分人現在要付出代價。當這些年輕人付出代價後，一定要重新做人，同時恢復學業。「當他們下定決心改過，痛定思痛要做良好公民的時候，我看不到為何這些青年會達不到目標」。

教育應側重社會價值及愛國情操

江樂士認為，年輕人較容易受騙，被煽動誤入歧途，他認為可以這樣說，這些年輕人其實也是受害者，因為在中學、大學和家庭都沒有獲得正確的訊息，因而被荼毒。「部分教師和家長從小就顛倒是非黑白，利用少年的無知，灌輸『中國最壞，西方國家最好』的錯誤訊息。這些青年只知道自己的權利，卻不知自己的社會責任」。

至於日後如何培養香港青年建立正確價值觀，江樂士指出，現時黑暴已結束，香港國安法拯救了香港，未來的教育就更有保障。「日後的教育應側重於個人責任、社會價值以及愛國情操。這樣可以確保香港青年不受荼毒，不會再有破壞中國的念頭。同時，青年亦會專心學業和未來的職業，以及為未來的生活而好好奮鬥。」

China successfully launched Shijian-21 satellite into preset orbit via a Long March-3B carrier rocket from Xichang Satellite Launch Center in Southwest China’s Sichuan Province on Sunday morning around 9:27 am.

The Shijian-21 satellite is tasked to verify space debris mitigation technology, Global Times learned from space authorities. The Sunday mission marked the 393rd flight of the Long March carrier rocket family.

China, Russia launch joint naval patrols in West Pacific, cementing strategic partnership by Global Times Oct 23 2021

Chinese and Russian naval forces have carried out their first joint sea patrol in waters in the West Pacific between October17 to 23, Chinese Ministry of Defense said on Saturday. The patrol was held right after China and Russia wrapped up a joint naval exercise in the Sea of Japan from October 14 to 17.

A China-Russia joint naval ships formation which included a total of 10 warships and six carrier-based helicopters carried out the joint maritime patrol in the Sea of Japan, the West Pacific and the East China Sea, during which they organized exercises over joint sailing and joint maneuvers and conducted live-fire drills.

A statement from Russian Ministry of Defense said on Saturday during the practical actions, the battle ships sailed more than 1,700 nautical miles in total.

During the mission, the joint formation has strictly abided by international law and did not enter territorial waters of other countries, the Chinese Ministry of Defense said.

Previously, Japanese media had hyped up the joint formation’s passage through of the Tsugaru Strait, but Chinese military experts noted that the Tsugaru Strait is no territorial water, and warships from any country have the right to transit, which means the transit of the Chinese and Russian vessels were in line with the international law and well within the bounds of standard naval practices.

The joint maritime patrol is aimed at further developing the China-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination for the new era, elevating the joint action capabilities of both nations and jointly maintaining international and regional strategic stability. It’s a part of the annual cooperation plan between the two nations and is not targeted at any third parties, the Chinese Ministry of Defense stated.

Since 2019, air forces from China and Russia have conducted annual joint strategic air patrols over the East China Sea and Sea of Japan. The joint sea patrol for the first time has built on enhanced military cooperation between the two strategic partners, Chinese military experts said.
