Zhu Xuejun, chief designer of China’s DF-17 hypersonic missile 东风-17导弹女总师、中国导弹之母 – 祝学军院士 1962年出生于辽宁沈阳，中共党员，1984年毕业于国防科技大学自动控制专业；1987年毕业于航天工业部第一研究院（现“中国运载火箭技术研究院”）飞行器导航与控制专业并获硕士学位；2019年当选为中科院技术科学部院士。 她受到“钱学森弹道”理论的启迪，建立了“助推-滑翔战术”导弹设计理论方法体系，造出了东风-17，这款导弹可以躲过反导系统的拦截，让美国花费了数千亿美元打造出来的全球导弹防御系统形同虚设，她被称为“女版钱学森”。 祝学军院士先后担任我国第三代、七型地地战术导弹武器系统的总设计师，有五款新型导弹从她手上诞生。现任航天一院战术武器系列总设计师、型号总设计师，北京航空航天大学兼职博士生导师。 80年代科研人员的工资只有几十块钱，而那时，外企的工资是几倍甚至几十倍，加上当时的领导人取消了毛主席在世时的诸多科研项目，我们流失了大量人才，很多被公派留学的优秀学生也成了“外国人”，后来还出了像东风-31导弹副总师郭万钧这种为了几万美元就出卖国家机密的间谍…… 虽然如此，还是有很多像祝学军院士这样高风亮节的科学家长期坚持为国搞科研。 改革开放后，我们开始迈入物欲横流的时代，英雄枯骨无人问，戏子家事天下知。很多年轻人对科学家一无所知，却对明星网红了如指掌，我为这类人感到悲哀，也更加崇敬爱国科学家们，特别是毛主席时代的科学家，他们一心一意为国家奉献终身，是中华民族真正的明星！ “我们做的工作不是为了个人得失，而是为了国家利益。既然是国家的事，那就一定要办成！”——祝学军
