【與毒果的恩怨今天了】
常說「天有眼」！天理循環因果報應！正義可能遲到，但絕不缺席！相信很多香港人也等了今天很久，禍港害民足足26年的蘋果日報，終於「壽終正寢」於今天停刊。
蘋果跟我的恩恩怨怨，也持續了26年。有位十分支持蘋果日報的好友，見我最近經常寫文章批評毒果，問我可否放它一馬？我非常堅定的說：「不！絕對誓不兩立。」他們不懂感恩圖報，還由反修例後一直把我傷害，落井下石誣蔑狂貶至今的，就是這爛蘋果。我反問朋友，為什麼你一直不叫蘋果放過我呢？
當年我由93年開始做娛記，直至95年蘋果創刊，傳媒界便腥風血雨。把專業高尚的傳媒行業變成討厭下流的狗仔隊，記者不再受尊重。當年蘋果更用三倍人工高薪挖角，還記得當年多位明星好友叫我千萬不要過檔蘋果否則沒有朋友做；可想而知當時其討厭程度。亦因為蘋果令傳媒風氣敗壞，我才放棄記者職業投身金融業。
2014年我開始免費替蘋果旗下「飲食男女」拍攝食譜至2017年。當時自己亦對他們盡量幫忙配合，免費借出廚藝學校又送出免費課堂給他們讀者，關係不錯。但全因2019年7月21日我發表撐警言論後，便可以把所有恩惠拋掉。「飲食男女」首先發文與我割蓆，更誣蔑我支持暴力，說「恥與為吾」永不合作。原來一份傳媒可以因為別人的立場取態而斷定他的品格好壞？我不需你幫忙，但也不用出貼割蓆去落井下石吧！還引導一大班讀者到我臉書專業留言辱罵欺凌，害得我要把專頁關閉了兩個月才重開。
還有位蘋果記者當年有事相求便來找你，到我出新書要找她幫忙宣傳時她便叫我自己發到蘋果大圍料電郵。到我721出事後又問我接不接受訪問！忘恩負義明知你會對我一沉百踩的，我還會傻得去接受你們訪問嗎？這記者之後不止unfriend我，還四處亂播謠言辱我聲名。難道你以為我不知道你背後說的壞話嗎？我不去還擊是因我相信事實勝於雄辯，亦相信因果報應。現在你失業了！希望你能校正回歸，不再犯口孽四處說是道非。
2015年尾我有朋友意外過身遺下傷殘兒子及妻子，首先蘋果頭條報道把他們的背景亂作一通，然後蘋果基金嘗試利用金錢作利誘其家人做煽情專訪去吸引讀者捐款，但被我朋友的妻子拒絕。我當年嘗試聯絡基金的負責人，問捐款會否全數到他們手中，回覆竟原來基金是自己決定自由分配到任何人，不做訪問的亦休想分得一分一毫。結果我當年在自己專頁幫朋友家人眾籌，叫大家不要再捐到蘋果基金，直接存入給當事人好了。到今天，朋友的妻子仍有跟我聯絡，亦很感恩當年我及大家的幫忙。
蘋果至今每一篇關於我的報道也是負評，永遠用最醜沒化妝的照片去醜化我，用不實的指控去詆毁我⋯相信不少藝人名人也有同樣遭遇。一份神憎鬼厭的報紙，還是避之則吉吧，大家都明白在蘋果沒有新聞便是最好的新聞的道理。
多年來用「言論自由」去亂做新聞，被告毁謗誣蔑的法庭個案戰績彪炳。還敢說自己一直追求真相公義？跟本是完全沒有道德觀念底線、違反記者守則的報章！更利用傳媒光環去舉辦抗爭活動，到後期甚至煽動暴力。被你們害過、誣蔑過、荼毒過的人多不勝數。全港多個傳媒卻唯獨蘋果被整頓，都是自己咎由自取。還說自己是被政治打壓？根本就是邪不能勝正吧。但都沒關係了，因為我們的恩怨從今天起了結。

I ask my friend, why don’t you keep asking Apple to leave me alone?
I started as an entertainment journal from to, when Apple was founded in, and the media world was blurred. Turning the professional and noble media industry into a nasty paparazzi, reporters are no longer respected. In those years, Apple used three times more artificially high salary to dig corners, and I remember that many star friends told me never to go over apples or no friends would do it; I can imagine how disgusting it was at that time. It was also because Apple made the media a bad mood, that I gave up my journalist career to enter the financial industry.
I started filming recipes for Apple’s ′′ diet for men and women ′′ for free until the year of the year. At that time, I also tried to help them as much as I could, and I lent them free culinary schools and gave them free classes to their readers. But all because of my remarks on July,, I could throw away all the favours, ′′ Diet men and women ′′ first sent an article with me, and even more so I supported violence and said ′′ Shame on you.” . ′′ Never cooperate. It turns out that a media can determine that his character is good and bad because of the stance of others? I don’t need your help, but I don’t need to go out of the cut seat to go down! I also directed a large class of readers to my Facebook professional message to abuse and bullying, and it took me two months to shut down the page before reopening.
Another Apple reporter came to you when I asked her to help promote my new book, and she asked me to send it to Apple’s big enclosure e-mail. When I was in the middle of the day, I was asked if I was going to take an interview! Ungrateful knowing you’re going to sink a hundred miles on me, would I still be stupid to accept your visit? This reporter not only unfriended me afterwards, but also spread rumors to insult my reputation. Do you think I don’t know the bad things you say behind your back? I don’t fight back because I believe facts speak louder than eloquent and I believe in karma. Now you’re unemployed! I hope you can correct the reunification and don’t whistle and say it’s Taofi again.
At the end of the year, I had friends who accidentally left their disabled sons and wives, first Apple headlines reported to mess with their backgrounds, then Apple Fund tried to use money to lure their families into incitement interviews to attract readers to donate, but I was A friend’s wife refused. When I tried to contact those in charge of the Fund to ask them whether the donations would be in their hands, the reply was that the Fund had decided to be freely distributed to anyone, and those who did not do the visit would not be able to get a cent. As a result, I helped my friends and family on my page back then, and asked everyone to stop donating to the Apple Fund and deposit it directly to the person concerned. To this day, my friend’s wife still contacts me, and I am grateful for the help that I and everyone have given back then.
Apple has been negatively reviewed by every report of me so far, and has always used the ugliest pictures without makeup, and has used false accusations to discredit me… I believe many artistes and celebrities have experienced the same. A ghostly newspaper, or avoid it, everyone understands that no news in Apple is the best news.
Over the years, ′′ freedom of speech ′′ has been used to mess with the press, and the court cases where the accused has been blasphemy. Do you dare say you’ve been pursuing truth and justice? This is a newspaper that has no moral idea at all, violates the code of journalists! The media aura is also used to organize fight activities, and even incite violence in the late stages. Many have been killed by you, run over, and put into poison, many have been numerous. Many of the media in Hong Kong are the only ones that Apple has been rectified, and they are all on their own. You still say you’re being oppressed by politics? It’s just that evil can’t prevail. But it doesn’t matter, because our grievances are over from today.
